Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have space, but booking ahead guarantees your stylist and time.
How long is a head spa session?
Most sessions run 60 to 120 minutes depending on the package you choose.
Can I book several services in one visit?
Yes. Select the services you want in the booking flow, or call the salon so the team can help plan the timing.
What happens if I choose First Available?
If you selected “FIRST AVAILABLE” when booking, your technician may change based on the salon’s schedule. Want to REQUEST A SPECIFIC TECHNICIAN? Enter their name in the “ADDITIONAL COMMENTS” section before submit request.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available through the salon gift card flow and make an easy last-minute present.
Where do I park?
Same plaza as Costco, free parking at the door.
What is your cancellation policy?
We don't charge a cancellation fee. After 3 no-shows, future appointments require a 50% deposit. Running late? If you're 3–5 minutes late, our front desk will call you — if we can't reach you, the appointment may be cancelled. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we'll need to reschedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle and Venmo. Tips can be paid with any of these.
Do I need to wash my hair before a head spa?
No — cleansing is part of every session.
Will a head spa affect my makeup?
Yes, it can.
Will my hair be styled after a head spa?
Your hair is dried after every session. For a styled finish, add a blowout for $25.
