BEFORE YOUR VISIT

To ensure your visit is relaxing and enjoyable, please take a moment to review our salon policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions about our policies, our team is always happy to help!

  • Service Guarantees: If you experience any issues with your nails within 3 days of service, please contact us for a free fix. After 3 days, regular service charges will apply.
  • Design Changes: Changing designs mid-service may result in additional charges.
  • Nail Repairs: Individual nail repairs are available at an additional cost.
  • Natural Nail Damage: We are not responsible for natural nail damage that may occur during removal of enhancements applied elsewhere.
  • Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons or if nails are in a condition that requires medical attention.
  • Product Allergies: Please notify us before your appointment if you have any known allergies to beauty products, chemicals, or ingredients (such as acrylics, adhesives, polishes, lotions, or fragrances).
  • We welcome clients with extensions! However, Innovate Salon cannot be held responsible for extensions that loosen or become damaged during the blowout service. We understand extensions are delicate and will handle them with care, but cannot guarantee their condition after the service.

    Extension Fee: An additional $20 fee applies to all blowouts for clients with extensions (sew-in, clip-in, tape-in, and beaded-in). This covers the extra time required for styling with extensions.

    • Product Allergies: Please notify us before your appointment if you have any known allergies to beauty products, chemicals, or ingredients (such as acrylics, adhesives, polishes, lotions, or fragrances).
    • Hair Condition: Please inform us of any scalp conditions or concerns before treatment.
    • Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions that may affect your service (pregnancy, medications, skin conditions, etc.).
    • Illness Policy: If you are experiencing fever, contagious illness, or infection, please reschedule your appointment.

    • We value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth schedule, we kindly ask that you arrive for your appointment on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service.
    • Appointment Length: Please be aware that appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on the service complexity.
    • Technician Availability: Please understand that occasionally our technicians may run behind schedule. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
    • 24-hour cancellation notice required.
    • Grace Period: We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals.
    • Cancellation for Lateness: Appointments exceeding 10 minutes late will be canceled.
  • Payment due at time of service.
  • We accept cash and credit/debit cards.
  • NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES.
  • Gratuity is not included in service pricing.
  • Tipping is appreciated but at the client’s discretion.
